The way Common Change has been set up is that a person will advocate a need for another person. We do this to express our value for relationship and having someone walk alongside the person with the need. So the hope would be that if someone within a group had a need, that someone else in the group will take on that need and advocate on behalf of that person.
So a request can be presented in a group that is on your behalf, but it should be made by someone else in the group.
