Who has access to group fund financial information?

Each group will have a "total group fund" amount at the top of their group page. Only members of that group can see that amount. Members of the group will also be able to see what has been given, to whom and when. 

Every user will be able to track their donations in the "My Finances" tab and will receive an end-of-year tax statement of their donations. Groups will receive monthly reconciled Group Fund statements and a year-end statement of donations received and benevolence extended by category.
